After this 12-hour online training series, you will be able to:

Do everything from the Training Fundamentals

Conduct a Solution-focused Needs Analysis interview

Design and Develop programs for both on-site, online, and hybrid participants

Implement and run training programs authentic to your brand

Apply the Kirkpatrick model in training evaluation

Access session recordings

Receive exclusive invitations to three (3) post-program group coaching sessions for trainers in June 2024.

Provided that your payment had been confirmed, you will receive an email and a calendar invitation with the joining link for the Live Webinar at least 48 hours before the scheduled training session.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes! Program fees are refundable and they follow the schedule below:

All programs:

100% refund on or before April 25, 2024 (SGT)

50% refund on or before May 5, 2024 (SGT)

Training Fundamentals:

Non-refundable from May 6, 2024 (SGT) onwards.

Train-the-Trainer Full Course:

25% refund on or before May 12, 2024 (SGT)

Non-refundable from May 13, 2024 (SGT) onwards.

Trainer on Training Wheels:

25% refund on or before May 12, 2024 (SGT)

10% refund on or before June 6, 2024 (SGT)

Non-refundable from June 7, 2024 (SGT) onwards.

* Non-attendance of the program will not make you eligible for a higher refund amount.

* PayPal, Wise, and Bank fees charged as transaction fees when you made your payment are non-refundable.

If the upgrade request is raised on or before April 25, the discounted rate of the target program upgrade will be followed. Otherwise, the regular rate shall prevail. To illustrate:

Original paid program:

Training Fundamentals, availed at USD 39 (Early bird discounted rate) on April 10, 2024.

Program upgrade request:

Train-the-Trainer Full Course, to be availed at USD 119 (Early bird discounted rate) on April 15, 2024.

Program upgrade fee to be settled: USD 80

Follow-up program upgrade request:

Trainer on Training wheels, to be availed at USD 249 (Regular rate) on April 30, 2024

Follow-up program upgrade fee to be settled: USD 100
