MODULE 2

Engaging the Adult Learner: From Theory to Application

Devise strategies to manage different types of participants in a training session.

ADDIE with a Twist: Start with the end in mind

Integrate an evidence-based approach in the training program creation.

Evaluate Training Program plans and proposals to ensure return-on-investment

LEARNING OUTCOME

At the end of the module, active participants will have examined a sample training plan and made recommendations to include effective formative assessments.
