HI, I'M GWYNN!
I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 27, after having managed to build a 7-year career in the corporate world as an HR Professional, culminating in becoming the head of my own department. I eventually shifted to a career in Sales -- talking to dozens of HR Practitioners and Business Decision Leaders per month and learning further about HR Business Partner more than I have in my actual HR career.
I was able to be a valuable contributor in different fields because of the coaches and mentors that supported me along the way.
Three years after my diagnosis, I built GrowthCompass to also help others with their success.
